There's a high pitched whining sound coming from my case, and I can't seem to find out where it's coming from. I've isolated each individual fan (northbridge, hsf, case fan), temporarily stopping them with my finger, but the sound continues.
I guess it could be the PSU fan or could it be that my 5v rail is at 4.75v? It's really annoying that I can't figure it out.
Here's my system specs:

Processor: AMD Athlon Thunderbird 1.4GHz@1.4GHz (266FSB, AYHJA)
