i have a 1.2 gig overcloced to 1.4oo core voltage set to 1.95 when i try to set the fsb to 138 or above it wont boot in to windows. and have the ram set to 2.6 volts what am i doing or not doing wright.thanks

What ram are you using? If its crucial, you must have a bad stick.

Set the DDR voltage at 2.7V. I've heard that Crucial RAM likes to run a little out of voltage spec.
