Every 3D application (games, benchmarks) lock my system after few seconds.
I instaled XP Home, then AMD's miniport, nevest 4in1 (without agp driver), and Gainward's WHQL drivers and like I said I can't make my system stable.
I checked every BIOS seting (AGPx1/2, Fast Writed disable etc.), other devices and it seams that everything is ok (in 2D everything works fine - even in Max Payne level editor), but in 3D my system dies.
The most bizzare thing is that after removing new card and inserting old one (Leadtek gf2mx - without touching anything) everything works superbe=games
I checked my card in my friends comps (both have mobs on VIA KT133 with Durons+250W Power Supply) and it WORKED as it should be, none problems, zero hangs up - 100% stable!
I tried to diseable my onboard sound, but with no succes. I've heard that it's AMD's 761chipset fault.
My friend told me that if newest drivers/BIOS won't help I need to buy new MOB
I don't want to do it, so help me people, plz!!!!
