You would first need to specify exactly which model of Case and which power supply it would come with, (even though you did mention the 340 watt Enlight). Then some relative judgements can be given as to the probability of that particular PS being usable in an AMD system (which you have yet to specify the CPU type or Speed).
Next, as was mentioned, even if a PS says it is "AMD Approved" doesn't mean it will work on ALL AMD CPU based systems. Higher end AMD CPU's installed in a component ladened system will need much more power than, say a Duron 900 "web surfing" system.
Just how did you conclude that (whatever one) that a particular PS would not work with an AK31 MB?

AMD 1700+
Epox 7k8a
samsung pc2100 256mb
Enlight site click on "product" -> "PC Cases" -> "7230" then you'll see the pic and spec of 72500AZ
Maxtor 5400rpm 40G
40X CD burner
floppy 1.44

That's about it...

I know this PS won't work on Ak31 because it's in shuttle's site... Link on ak31 and power supply
It's on Q7

Interesting because the reason I asked is that I built one with (I think) that same PS not 6 months ago for someone and they have had no problems (AK31 rev3.1 MB and XP1600+). Heck, I just sent (and got a reply) an email asking about it and they haven't had a lick of trouble. It doesn't look as though you have a large draw for the PS, (depending upon your other components) so I would think you'd be OK.
The key to that board has always been the 5 volt rail of the PS. If that unit has sufficient amps there, it should be fine. Just because one board Mfg says "no" to a PS, doesn't mean all will not work. There are no guarantees in life (or computers) though. I think I would try it. But if you are not wanting to "roll the dice" you could always shop around some more and find a better case/PS.
