I'm wanting to overclock my 1600+ and was wondering if my mobo has a 1/5 divider? I can't seem to find it and Epox's website sucks and doesn't give any of that info. I will need to buy new ram because I am currently running some cheap generic crap. I just don't want to have to get a new mobo and new ram, it wouldn't be worth it to me if i had to spend that much money.

The 8k7a is over a year and a half old now...it didn't have a 1/5 pci divisor back then and it doesn't now. Sorry! :(
Your best bet is to sell it on ebay and get a newer kt333 or kt400 board.

I don't give a damn what the linked thread states... The 8K7A never had a 1/5 divider. I have personally tested this on my IOSS RD2 PC GEIGER some time ago. The PCI bus does not drop past 166 MHz FSB.

EDIT: I still have an 8K7A+ around. If I get the time, I will hook up my PC Geiger again, and show you.
