EPOX 8K3A+ & RAM question...

I just ordered a EPOX 8K3A+ from http://www.newegg.com and have one question about the memory required. I have a stick of PC2100 lying around, and when I check the specs for the mainboard it says PC2700. Does this mean I have to buy more memory right away, or can I use the PC2100 RAM till I have some extra cash. [I'm going to use this board w/ an AMD XP 1800] Thanks in advance 😱 🙂
