I've searched the forums and read some reviews and found some info on isolated problems with this mobo but I'm seriously considering using this board to build my new system and I just wanted some personal likes and dislikes about this board and what your overall assessment is?

Thanks in advance

I don`t have the board, but this will get your thread starting(I hope ;)),anyway from all the reviews I`ve read it`s an excellent board, the only bad thing is no USB 2.0 and the onboard sound is not as good as some other boards, however if you don`t care about having USB 2.0 etc (you can always add a PCI USB 2.0 controller card later) then it`s not a problem.

It`s a good overclocker and with very good stability so if you like the specs then it probably is the board for you.I do like Epox boards (using the Epox 8KHA+ at the moment)and they are getting a very good reputation now for quality boards.

I was really looking at this board too. However, I read on Toms hardware (the KT333 roundup) that this board has
instability as a result of a cheap heat sink on its north bridge. Does anyone have any experience with this board and
can confirm or deny this? I am an overclocker, so I am very interested. Also, how easy is it to swap out the
heatsink if necessary??? Thanks!

I have got the board and its as good stability wise as my gigabyte ga7vtx. The heatsink on the board is pretty cr@p but I removed it and stuck on another. The board allows me to run my unlocked 1.1 tbird @7 x 166mhz which is pretty cool and I have an 1800xp running at 1.666 at the moment. Currently running the turbo memory option on my crucial cas2.5 memory and everything is OK.
