Epox 8k3a+ or Asus A7V333(non raid)

Both will be used. Epox is around 4 months old and the Asus is 2 months old but the dude says it only seen a month of use. Epox $80 shipped Asus is $85 shipped. Bot retail other than no CD with the Epox. Which is the best board? I will be overclocking a 1600+ XP.

If it was free that would be cool or just have to pay shipping charges but I would buy it. Never did use the CD's that came with my mobos. Always downloaded the latest drivers.
