EPoX 8K3A+ error codes

Well after screwing up the BIOS flash on my 8RDA 🙂|), my friend let me borrow his 8K3A+. Unfortunately, I have not been able to get it to start up. When I hit the power switch the Error Code LED goes through a couple of numbers, then displays 01 then 02 really quickly, followed by an immediate shutdown. I checked the online manual, as my friend didn't give me his, and it seems that Error Codes are not listed. Could anyone tell me what this is supposed to mean? Thanks a lot.

As I could tell by all the responses in this thread, you guys are probably dying to know how I fixed this problem. Well my CPU fan is a Sunon which plugs directly into the PSU rather than the CPU Fan headers on the motherboard. I figured this board may have a problem, i.e. a "no start up without CPU fan detected option", so I had my PSU fan hooked up. I figured the PSU fan would be enough for it to detect a fan but apparently it wasn't rotating fast enough. Once I hooked up my old Thermaltake screamer, it booted fine. I went into the BIOS and disbled this option and it all works perfectly. Thanks Raynor for the (albeit attempted) help.

HA! If you would have mentioned that you had a fan without RPM monitoring I could have told you what the problem was. I could have even figured it out from the beep codes it gave you - I had the same problem when I installed my heatsink with a non-RPM sensing Panaflo fan.
