Epox 8k3a+ 133fsb problem

I just got my new system and i've been seting it up and i can get it to run at 133fsb it just fresses during the post. When i switch it to 133, it has no video at all which isn't fun. Well i'm about stuck on why it would do that but maybe one of you know...

i'd also thought id mention that the post code thing(which is an awesome feature) says either c3 or 2b
 
look up those post codes in the manual..i can't find mine right now(they're in a table in the back)
try reseating yourvid card and booting with only cpu,ram and vidcard
133 fsb should be default..are you trying to switch the ram to 166?
try clearing the cmos too
