Epox 8k3a+ 1.1?

I just saw that Mwave has the Epox 8k3a+ rev. 1.1 for sale. Does anyone know what the difference is between that revision that the original 1.0? Thanks.

Rev 1.0 AC97 Stereo
Rev 1.1 6Channel sound but you lose your Mic and Input for it
Rev1.2 same as 1.1 but includes SPDIF
Rev2.0 same as 1.2 plus (unconfirmed) has USB 2.0 and Highpoint 374 chipset
