Epox 7kxa 1000mhz

Someone know if this motherboard will run an Athlon 1 gighz?
I have Athlon 850@950mhz and its wery stable,running at 37C.
If i try to run it at 1000mhz than it boot up wery fast,but just when it gets into windows it hangs.
I have tryd to run the cache at 1/3 but its just the same,will not past 950mhz..

Yes it will, it'll run at 1050, your core is just maxed out at 950!!
