I had this board a while back. Decent board, took my 2.4 Northwood to 2.8 GHz, but it was flaky when using the 3:4 memory ratio, and the voltages were a little wacky. That 's when I discovered Abit and got the chip up to 2.95 GHz and it ran without any problems at all.

I found a lot of info and beta bioses at aoaforums.
