Epox 3100 sempron OC comparison of boards

Whats the difference (if i want to overclock my 3100 sempron ;-) between the following epox boards...

EP-8KDA3I
EP-8KDA3+

by this i mean is there a difference in their ability to OC cause if not their is no reason i should spring an extra 50 bucks for the + right?

Don't know about BIOS overclocking features, but superficial features are Firewire, more SATA, more audio channels, more audio ports, gigabit LAN, Nvidia firewall... am I missing anything?

I'd go with the Epox 8KDA3J. The only difference between the J and + version is SATA RAID.
