Herkulese,
My EPO 16X drive reads files that were burnt onto an Imation 4X CDRW disk from my LiteOn 16X CD burner using Windows (98SE) Internet Explorer. I have Nero 5.5, and INCD activated when I put the RW disk into the burner.
The EPO drive didn't hesitate at all in reading the disk (I was pleasantly surprised at this - almost as surprised as when I first fired up my newly built K7S5A box without a problem). So my EPO drive can read RW's from my HP 8X (Adaptec EZCD Creator) and LiteOn 16X (INCD) burners.
I haven't used my LiteOn burner much so I don't have as much experience with it. But I do recall that I had problems with other computers reading my HP CDRW's (using EZCD Creator), and that I solved that problem by loading Adaptec's UDF reader into those problematic computers. I don't know if Win2K has some similar driver that you can use.
In any case, good luck in solving your problem.
