Actually, a lot of the companies who are technically part of the ESA have varying stances on the issue. For example, Microsoft is a part of the ESA, but they are also a part of the Business Software Alliance who oppose the bill. Microsoft isn't directly commenting on their stance and that's probably smart of them considering what happened to GoDaddy..

The ESA just needs to wake up and drop their support of this nonsense.

Why is this in the PC Gaming forum? I thought Epic decided that PC gaming was dead and that consoles are the way to go.

I think that has changed. I seen a post about getting back to the PC platform in the Unreal Tournament III sub-forum

The Unreal Engine is licensed all the time for PC games, even if Epic Games doesn't develop them.
