And....Ive been scammed by these preloaded visas things before. Heres the scam:

You sign up for something with recurring billing (in my case a newsserver).

Said newsserver goes under.

You keep getting billed to whatever card you have linked to this virtual visa.

You ask for a refund and are promised one by both the provider (assuming you can even reach them) and the virtual visa.

You do not receive said refund, but they continue to debit your other cards for more funds until you put 2+2 together and realize they dont give a sh*t. They are just ripping your ass off on a monthly basis and fsuck you until you figure it out.

Bastards!

Run away. Far far away. The guys that ripped me off were from the same place. Youve got a snowballs chance on a tropical beach of getting your money back once you get ripped.
