EP45-UD3R Can't boot from win7 usb stick!

I bought the upgrade for win7 pro from digital river student deal and downloaded the iso to my hard drive. Downloaded and installed win7 usb stick creator from microsoft and added 32-bit bootsect.exe (friend who had 32-bit win7 iso on his comp sent me this) to the install directory. Created usb bootstick sucesfully, tried to boot from it, says disk error press any key to restart. I don't understand what is going wrong, please help.
 
Is the Windows 7 32-bit or 64-bit?
The Microsoft USB tool should be able to do what you want, without needing files from a 3rd party.
