I can't seem to update the BIOS on my EP35-DS3L. I have the manual with me, and it says that Q-Flash only works with USB or hard drives that are FAT32/16/12 file system. So I save the BIOS file into my USB, and it still can't find the new BIOS file. I don't have a floppy drive either so I can't use a floppy drive to update the BIOS.

What methods can I use to update my BIOS? I'm not going to update the BIOS in Windows because it's too dangerous.

If the BIOS file inside a zip, you might need to extract it first. The only other thing I can think of is that you might need to reset the BIOS settings to default first.

If you save BIOS file to a USB drive, make sure the file is in the ROOT directory of the drive. ex-> D:\BIOS.ROM. If your BIOS file is within another directory/folder or if the file does not have the right extension like ".ROM" then Q-Flash might not be able to find it.

Let us know if you found a solution. =)

That worked perfectly. Thank you.
