It looks to me that your board was originally designed for only up to 550 MHz P3's. So you will have to upgrade the mobo's BIOS if available. Go to the following site to start this process. Read and print out their instructions before you 'flash' the BIOS, and know what to do if something goes wrong. Do what they tell you. It looks like they have a BIOS update 6/8/2000 !
