EP 8K7A OC?

Anyone have a tips on changing either multiplier of fsb on this board. Got it running great w/ minimal setup @ default(1.33). But don't finish boot when I try to raise fsb and or muliplier. Have JCLK1 jumper set to 2-3 for 133 fsb. Disabled "halt on errors". I'm guessing it has to do w/ "Auto Detect DIMM/Pci" and "Spread spectrum". Can anyone help a boy out, default speed won't cut it.

I suppose the cpu came unlocked from the factory. I would just raise the FSB. I don't know why you would have problems doing that. I have mine fsb at 150mhz with no problems. Maybe either your memory or one of your devices or possibly your processor can't handle anymore. Raise your cpu voltage and then try raising the Ram voltage. You shouldn't have any problems getting more out of your setup.

This is too weird. That 1.33 t-bird runs genome days on end @ 1.54@ 1.88 on MSI Turbo. It will not run higher than 1.38 on this board @ any voltage. So I toss in my 1.0 AVIA, its had loctite to unlock it and it will run at any multiplier and I have it running @ 1.5 (10.5 x 143) w/ voltage up @ 2.1, I also bumped the Crucial voltage up and it seems stable.
For some reason the Epox board doesn't like my 1.33. I used the optimized bios settings and pretty much nothing. I don't even know if there are any bios updates as yet. Any thoughts?
