Just thought I'd let you all know that the eon team has moved into 7th position, about 2 weeks ago we were in 11th. More stats can be found here or here.:thumbsup:

Here's what I'm using.
2x 2.8e/ht
2x 2.8c/ht
1x 3.0c/ht
1x 2.6c/ht
1 dual 1.8 Xeon/ht
1 dual 2.4 Xeon/ht
1 xp 3000m
1 xp 2400m
I actually have a xp 3000 and a xp 2800 that are shut down right now.

It's just to bad that the client and servers run so bad or I wouldn't have to keep switching between SOB and EON. We're actually doing rather well and we're the 3rd highest producer for the month, 2nd if you don't include UT Austin as Rodeo, Roundup and Muskoka are all super computers if you want to call them that. We could do a lot better with a few more team mates.

Wow, Silverthorne, glad for the update on EON. I had 2 pc's running EON until a few months ago (a 3.06 ghz ht norwood tower and an old 500mhz p III Thinkpad) when the EON servers were operating as slow as molasses. Switched over to F@H full time. Mayhaps I will reconnect the laptop to the net and see if it can handle EON since it gagged on some F@H units and was taking WAY too long to complete a work unit. Tried to fix via GLeeM's help but the ole gal just doesn't have the legs for it.

EON server is down again, this happens a lot with this project so if you do run it find something that will run along side it.:frown:

Is this why my client goes idle sometimes? I've always wondered about that.

Yes this is why, the client and server it seems are not very well taken care of. There tend to be a lot of ZZZZZZZ''s with the client.
