Protesters abseiling from the panthers' stadium hang anti-dominion banner.

Well, this is one way to garner sympathy for your cause. Moronic and dangerous to the fans, though. Three hots and a cot for these idiots.

Obligatory

Looks like it got your corporatist-statist juices flowing.

I think it's legitimate to criticize others who needlessly put others at risk for relatively trivial outcomes regardless of message. Hang your banner somewhere else or another time when you won't fall dozens of meters onto hundreds of innocent people.

Meanwhile the debacle where the EPA polluted multiple rivers in Colorado is ignored. It's OK when the .gov does it!

LOL at all these envirokooks.

Looks like they were pretty well secured to me. Don't believe all the bullshit the corporate TV and police state cabal tells you.

Do you know where acid mine drainage comes from?

Yes, I've got a pretty good idea.

Absent any remediation the water in those mines was headed for the watershed, either by slow leaks or a major blowout. It's regrettable the crew working screwed up and didn't fully appreciate the instability of the dammed up mine adit but unfortunate incidents like this are probably unavoidable to some degree because of the precarious situation.

Good thing though that it wasn't a private contractor or that it didn't happen under a Republican presidency.

Were is a private contractor working under the employment of the mine owner they would be liable by default. The EPA is carrying out work that the mine owner can't and won't so while they don't carry the liability they do have a responsibility to do the work safely.

Sure, why shouldn't they suffer the consequences of their "speech"?
