that is a nice system, however if its for gaming, i think i would drop that mobo for this (a very solid mobo on same chipset as k8n - but $15 cheaper) and then use the money you saved, and perhaps a few extra dollars, for a leadtek 6600GT. You should also be able to push that cpu to around 2.4/2.5ghz with ease with that board and memory, using a memory divider and setting HTT to 3x. All in all, a very nice budget gamer sys i believe.
 
well, the motherboard should detect the stock fsb and multiplier for the chip, and for overclocking it nicely, all you would do is change the HTT multiplier (something specific to a64 so you wont have had to do this on your system) to 3x or possibly 4x (its usually 5) and then set a divider on your ram to keep it as close to 200 as possible, and keep adjusting fsb and divider until you get optimum speed/stability.
