Typically, she would have been evicted and he'd have to sue her again for any $$ owed. But that's a waste of time and $$ in SC. She doesn't own any real property. I looked it up a couple of months later and it was still pending on the court records.

In this case, I'm sure he wished it all would just go away. His wife probably killed him though.
