Love it. Is it just me or does it seem that the "boss" gets to act like a immature ass but the second the employee speaks up he's a trouble maker. Although the politics of union labor can lead a town to loose like it did in Pittsburgh, I sure see many job where a union would be the only way to get fair practices out of the employer, ie nursing.

Yeah dude, I'm starting as an apprentice knowing almost nothing other than what my grandfather has taught me. He was a member of the same union for 52 active years. He worked from the time he was 22 to 74. He retired last year so that he could redo his whole house. The guy is amazing.

The idiots who think all union members are slackers are just that...idiots. Union labor built this country, and the best work still comes from union labor.
