Enron field is no longer "Enron field"

I heard it on the radio -- the interim name is "Astros" field.

Thank goodness. I would have had a hard time going to a ballpark with a lousy company attached to it. 😛

They're only the Central Division champs for the past two (three?) years... 😉

I heard there's a LOT of Enron logos in the park yet, including a stamp at the end of each row of seats... in an article on ESPN about a month ago they said that even if they were to announce it changed that day it would be too short notice to get Enron completely wiped from the stadium.

EDIT: Not to say they can't change their name, but there would still be Enron markings around the field, is all I'm saying.

too bad their run is over. i'm afraid the Cards will take the division this year...if not the league. (hard to say considering i am a D-backs fan) 😉
