enough space for this cooler ?

i made my first step in a 2 step upgrade when i recently got my core 2 duo e6600 and 2 gb cell shock pc 6400 ram on the asrock dualvsta. But my next upgrade is the final push to pci-e and a mobo that actually can be overclocked. But when i look at pictures of the 2 motherboards that i might go for then i see the problem that i might not be abel to fit my cpu cooler cause of the heatpipes on the nb and all the other stuff around the cpu. I was thinking going for a :

EVGA NForce 680i SLI

or

Asus Striker Extreme

and the cpu cpu cooler im gonna use is the scythe infinity.
