500W is more than enough for that current system unless you're planning to SLi that GTX560 Ti in the future with another GTX560 Ti then it would be a lot better to get a PSU with 600-650W of true power.

IMO, yes it is. Even though you'll probably never get close to maxing out the 500 watt PSU, I prefer a bit of a cushion...so that I'm drawing about 50% of the PSU's rating while gaming. (my heaviest draw)
It's probably not the most efficient, but I DO NOT like running a PSU even close to its max rating.

It is worth it if your motherboard is SLi capable and you intend to dual SLi with another GTX560 Ti in the future.

Regardless of whether your mobo is SDLI capable and regardless if you intend to dual SLI with another GTX650...IT IS DEFINITELY WORTH IT REGARDLESS!!
