You didn't list the major upgrades you are going to perform, but you did a wonderful job of posting your sig. ;)

*BTW, your Antec 350w psu is a quality unit.

3 Uv lights and 3 LED lights? lol.. If you plan on upgrading your CPU, make sure you get a 480 watt in there. As of right now it will be enough but you might be killing life out of your PSU.

Ok, do you really need all those lights? :D

I would recommend going with a better PSU if you'll be running that much stuff.

I hope my 500W will hold up my upgrades.

I'll be putting a 6800 Ultra, an overclocked Athlon 64 (3000+), 1 GB of DDR500, a couple of hard drives, a tv tuner, an Audigy 2 ZS, some case lighting, a DVD burner, a floppy, and a CD-R/W. Oh, and at some point the 6800 will be driving 2 big CRTs (one a 22" the other a 24" widescreen).

Hmm...maybe I should upgrade to a 550W or higher.

No, you don't. Those speakers will sound just fine thru the onboard sound. However if you can afford a new psu without sacrificing any of your other upgrades then go for it.

I think you should be fine too with your 350watt PSU.
I have an Antec True 330 running:

5 fans
Athlon XP 2400
MSI KT3 Ultra2
512mb ddr
80gb WD 8mb cache
60gb Maxtor
Radeon 9200 (And the manual for the videocard recommended "atleast" a 350watt PSU :) )
* And for a brief time (1 week) it was running a 9800pro that I was testing.
CDRW
DVD
NIC
Modem
SB Live
Zip drive
Floppy
USB Hub

if thats all you play you can get by with an mx440, nevermind a 9800pro, no need for it if thats all you do

If you plan on reducing the amount you play, I would recommend at the highest a 9600, at the lowest a 9200 (both non-se). My 9200 lets me play any current game. Ofcourse doom3 and HL2 may be a problem on my 9200 but that is yet to be seen.
You might want to look at the price difference between a 9600 and a 9800.

9600 pro is how I would go if you are gaming lightly and I am not sure if Soundstorm does 6.1 surround side or only 5.1 surround sound I am so sleepy I forgot how to spell surround. I think that is right
