Enough Power Supply to run these???

when i run any 3d programs my computer freezes
could it be because my power supply is not enough??

i have a ThermalTake 420w PSU

i have 2 HDDs
4 fans and a fan controller
1 dvd writer 1 dvd rom
1 floppy
1 xfx geforce 6600gt
4 usb ports being used

Make sure you have the latest drivers for your video card and motherboard. Latest DirectX 9.0c. Then check that the fan on the video card is working. That seems like plenty of power, so maybe it is a heat issue.

if all of those are checked and it still freezes then wut could it be??
