Specs of my current PSU. Antec Smart Blue 350w.

Here's my rig:

A64 3200+
Seagate 80gig SATA
x800 XT
DVD Burner
MSI K8N Neo Mobo
Audigy 2
2 x 80mm Fans

Should I upgrade it? Or is it good enough? Currently I have a x800 Pro, but my XT is being delivered today.
