Enough power for my system?

Heya all, i'm running an Athlon XP2000+ with an ATI(built by ATI) Radeon 8500LE clocked at 300/300, Sound Blaster Live, all on an Asus A7V333 motherboard....is my 300W power supply enough? and on a side note, what do u guys think are the best ATI drivers out there today? I'm getting some errors in my games(all related to a file called ati2dvag), on Catalyst 2.2 or Omega/Plutonium 1.118 drivers....any ideas?
 
JHsu, if you take a look at my rig, you will see that a 300w PS is fine to run the system you have described, hope this helps 🙂
