Enough Power for a MSI 560 Ti HAWK?

Hi

My config is :
Intel Core I7 920
16 gig ddr3 triple channel
Western Digital 500GB HDD
Mobo Intel DX58SO Extreme Series
Zippy HP2-6460P 460watts
Case with 4x 80mm fan and 1 120mm.

I would like to replace my old Hd4850 for a MSI 560 Ti HAWK.The Zippy was in a server and i took it for my personnal computer cause of the reability and stability.
