k im gonna be grabbing 2 7800gts and i need a mobo for it. the mobo needs to have at the very least 2 PCI slots for my sound card and tv tuner when the gfx cards are in. whats a good mobo with these options? i would aslo like one who is a good overclocker.

does this even exist?
 
Simple math there: ATX lets you have seven slot positions. Four eaten by overly large graphics cards? That'll leave you with three more, unless the 1st slot position is already shifted one down because the CPU, chipset, and power circuitry ate too much room as well.

So yes, it is technically possible to build a board like that.
