Enough hardware for Flight simulator?

Would a 1.6 or 1.8 P4, 512 MB of DDR, and Ti 4200 with 128 MB be plenty fast for flight simulator? Or should I go with Ti 4400? On a budget here, building a comp for my bro. Must be P4, not AMD. Thank in advance.

(if you are talking about ms flight simulator game??)
if you have the cash maybe get ti4400 instead, but if not you could easily overclock ti4200 to ti4400
