Enlight case with 230W PS - What can I upgrade to?

I have an enlight 7200AL case with a 230W power supply. I want to upgrade the motherboard/cpu as I currently have a abit bh6 and Celeron 400. I saw a deal at the local fry's for an ecs k7s5a with a 1gz Duron. Can this work with my case/power supply? If not, does anyone have any recommendations on what motherboard/CPU I should upgrade to?

Your power supply might work with the duron if it's a quality name brand such as sparkle (same as fortron) enermax, antec, a1 electronics, or any other on amd's recommended list at their website. I currently use a sparkle 235 watt with an xp 1700. A quality power supply will have lots of vents around the cover, and usually 2 fans to blow out hot air. A 350 to 400 watt will cover any future requirements.
