Any Enlight 7237 experts out there?

Seems like everytime I get a new case, even the same case, they change the motherboard standoffs. This time I got 2 solid hex standoff studs that have a rim at the top that's supposed to align the motherboard by fitting up in the mobo mounting hole. Unfortunately they don't line up perfectly and the rims won't slip up into the mounting holes at the same time.
They came already mounted in the motherboard plate (case), one at the upper middle hole in the mobo and the other in the mid middle hole. (both away from the rear). Is this where they are supposed to go or can I move one?

o=standoff stud
x=stamped pyramid standoff

........x o
rear..x o
........x x

The rest of the standoffs are a stamped pyramid like things with a hole in the top. A metal hex head screw seems to screw in but I'm also looking at a bunch of black plastic two piece inserts and wondering if they work in conjunction with the stamped pyamid things. Use the metal screw or the plastic things?

Thanks for the help.

I use the metal pyramid things for all my standoffs... You can use either those or the metal solid hex ones. I like the pyramid ones better though.

The black plastic things are expansion tabs for mounting the rear fan... Yes you can move the brass hex stand offs... Move both to the lower and middle left side (next to the card slots) and use the hex screws in them and the stand offs...

as looking at the board mounted in the case from left to right

x x x
o x x
o x x

the extra row is for most reg ATX boards like the A7V133 & KT7raid (I know I have`em)

Thanks guys, I REALLY appreciate it.
The solid stand offs don't exactly line up. Kind of understandable but because of the rim they really have to be exact. Or maybe one is bent. These are brass I suspect, maybe it could bend in over a little, (no more than 1/32")? I hate to force the mobo so I'd rathe finagle the standoff.

Other option is to replace one solid standoff with a pyramid type.
