I've looked around for the same question and from what I gather, it's excellent for overclocking.

At least I sure hope so. I ordered one 2 days ago. :p

As long as you get the one with the 300W power supply, it's a top notch overclocking case. It's getting a cult following with the modders too.

When you say OCing, I'm assuming you mean for cooling.
I have this case and is usually about 10deg F over ambient.
I do however, have a 120mm intake on lower front, 120mm blowhole,
80mm on rear, and two 80mm side fans blowing on video card/cpu.

Cool pics.

On the model I have the front intake fan has some sort of plastic box around it. wtf is that? Should I just remove it or does it serve a purpose?

Mwildog, get rid of that plasic fan housing! It's a piece of crap!

If you guys wait awhile, I'll get some pics of my freshly modded 7237 - one with 3 120mm fans, brushed steel sides, and a bronze bezel! This thing is sweet.........

Great case. Easy to modify and will take a heck of a lot of fans with relatively little work.

Here's another vote in favor of the 7237. It's great for overclocking and excellent for modding.

Pictures!!!

From the Side
Off Kilter

As it stands now, this is with the 3 120mmm fans you can see, two 80mm ones in the back, and the triple-fan hard drive cooler in the front. Those are all hooked up to a fanbus controlled by a switch on the bezel. In addition, this picture shows "only" paint stripped off and the bezel painted. I'm planning to, very soon, put a window in the side as well as a neon light inside. I'm also thinking of lining the case with cork to cut down on noise as well as getting voltage regulators for the fans. I really think that over 300 cubic feet of airflow is a little excessive.... even for me!

Also, the computer inside the case is worth the effort as well. It's a TBird 800 overclocked to 1080mhz, 384mb RAM, GeForce2 GTS 32mb DDR with RAMsinks and a huge cooler on the chip itself, Soundblaster Live! card, a 45gb 7200RPM hard drive, a Kenwood 72x TRUE-X CD-ROM, Plextor 12/10/32x CD-RW, and a generic 10x DVD-ROM. This thing is hella fast. I'm rather proud of it, can you tell? ;)

Sweet Ive been wondering if this is the case for me. Monarch sells them with a 300watt ps and im probably gonna buy my cpu mobo combo from them so ill pick up a new case at the same time. Is $79 buck to much for one??

Thanks

Great case with or without mods. Prefer my mod case with 120mm front lower, 80mm blowhole and 80mm rear, but it has good airflow without changing the setup. My case temps run 1-2C above room temps.

EDIT: I did put my fans on Fanbus with 12/off/7vdc and definately get one with 300w power supply.

Pics of my modded 7237 are on my web page, listed in my profile. I am buying another 7237 just to mod it. I will probably give the case to my friend who is such a cheap tight wad he wont do it himself. All he wants to do is gripe about how hot is processor gets.

my 7237 has 2 80mm fans , 1 intake and 1 exhaust , and it works just fine for over-clocking. id post a pic but after seeing mikewarriors and kouklathecats , mine looks like crap! lol

I have been using them for the past 3 years cause they are cheap and work well. Be sure to get the three piece model so you don' have to remove the whole top.

I do have to admit that I really like the Antec cases a bit better, but that one is for a server, and the Enlight works great for a workstation. Just around $50 is the normal price.
