Enlight 7237 drive rails don't fit well

Both of my Plextor drives move around in the case. Is there any way to make it so that the drive rails hold more firmly? I can't imagine the vibration is good for them.

Have you tried using some small washers under the screws?
Or maybe a small bead of silicone caulk where the rails slide in would work.

I don't seem to have a problem with my plextor,
but I have it sandwiched between two other drives.

If the drive is too loose use washers, but put them between the drive and the rail. If you put them between the head of the screw and the rail you may have some trouble getting the drive in the slot with the screw head sticking up, and if the screw gets loose and backs out you will have a tough time getting the drive our of the case ... been there, done that.
