Enlight 7237 .........compatible with P4??

I'm thinking of going with a P4 setup just for fun. Ive currently got an Enlight 7237 w/300w PSU. Is this going to work with the P4?
Give me some recommendations on what I need if not.

You'll need the A4 version- it has the extra power supply cables and the extra holes in the Motherboard plate for the HS mounting bolts
(me, I'd put a Athlon 1.4 in your case myself.....)
