Man there's a lot of parts to this case.
First off I use the flat head corse screws for HD/FDD/DVD/CDRW right? (theres a bunch of them and are the smallest ones)

Second, I see the stands for the mobo that look like this
__
/ \ I see where I put those

BUT there are these little things that I can screw into the case, and then they have a hole for me to put a screw in to it. Where do I put these.

Also there are black rubber things that I'm not sure what to use for.

Please help me figure this out.

The

<< little things that I can screw into the case >>

serve the same purpose as the clip in supports. If you look at
the motherboard plate some of the places have a threaded hole in the
middle of the slots for the clip in ones. You can use either one.

The only black things I can remember were 4 lock pins to mount
a fan in the back of the case.

Hope this helps...

I have a EPOX 8KTA+. All of the holes with metal rings lined up
for me. I would think yours should to, but you don't have to use them all.
Just be careful that none of the components or connections on the back
of the motherboard short to the case.

Also the stock case & fan has poor air flow.
I modded mine for larger fans to get good cooling.
