http://www.Enhance.com.tw has been making quality switching PSUs since 1986. Not many of the currently highly regarded brands have been around longer. They OEM for Silverstone and some others. It looks like they are trying again to break into the US retail channel. I saw a new US web site for them but I forgot the url - I think there is a link to it off Directron.com. I would put them in the same tier as Channel Well (OEMs for Antec, Enermax) or Fortron/Sparkle (OEMs for AOpen, InWin, many others besides selling directly).

Enhance power supplies usually come bundled with Taiwanese cases. I had one 300W with an old FongKai. It got a little flaky after 2-3yrs. It seemed ok before that but I didn't monitor it rails closely.
