i have a russian girlfriend in dallas,,,,,giving her a lap,,,,its old,,,, i need to change it to russian from english,,,can you do this w/o reinstalling???? thanks,,,,,
 
I don't believe so, but you should probably figure out what's wrong with your comma key before doing anything else...
