If i'm not mistaken i just saw the word "English" used as an insult on this forum... is that normal? what is it supposed to mean?

I think you're reading the replies that say "English motherfvcker!"

The full expression is "English, motherfvcker! Do you speak it?"

So it's asking if the op speaks English, not insulting them by calling them English.
