XP? I was severely disappointed when MS kept making 32bit versions of Win7, 8, and 10. WinXP on the other hand had an excellent 64bit version that way too few people used.

I'm blaming MS for the fact that manufacturers had to create 32bit drivers for so long, more than the manufacturers themselves.
