It's extremely complicated. Most Ivy Leagues don't even offer it as a Masters degree, only Doctorals.
Obviously it is since you had to make a whole other thread just to teach people how to use it. If it was so intuitive and easy to use, you wouldn't have to do that.
Would you like to enroll in Drag and Drop university? It would help you with your intuition. Clicking, dragging, and dropping a file or folder into virtually any area of iTunes is a vital instinct to hone for survival in a civilized society.
Manually copying music over? If you have say a 60gb library with thousands of songs how long is it going to take you to find stuff to copy over?
Syncing my iPod Touch (and iPhone, when I had one) never takes me more than a minute. Certainly not "ten minutes to ten hours."
Engadget's quickly succumbing to flamebaiting for traffic rather than breaking news and insightful commentary. Case in point: http://www.engadget.com/2011/04/23/visualized-a-foxconn-worker-walks-into-an-apple-store/
Only if we make an Android sub-forum and confine all the Apple haters to that forum. If you really don't like his message, you can always filter it out.
With that said, and with all due respect, Zen0 you need to learn some tact. Sometimes it's not the message but how it is delivered.
Word. The Phandroids on this forum are a pretty rabid bunch. We don't need someone to give more ammo for the frothing anger/nerd rage of the phandroids.
I think Engadget has a point, but I can also see them generating a ton of pageviews with the editorial.
That article/editorial has 1700 comments, that's almost a factor of 10X more than every other post on Engadget today added together.
I'm curious how Apple's cloud based service will work, hopefully it's better than using iTunes.

weird - I was doing a google search on this topic and this thread showed up
i have tried drag & drop - the files refuse to load and neither do folders. just very frustrating to use
Well, if the problem is just with backups, then there is a way you can skip it altogether instead of having to click "x" all the time:

Here is a tutorial just for you: http://forums.anandtech.com/showthread.php?t=2160683

Thanks for the sincere effort, but you have a terminal inability to comprehend simple English
Same here. Takes about a minute to backup and synch.
I'm pretty sure your "files refusing to load and neither do folders" has nothing to do with iTunes.

Yeah, about a minute for my iP4.
I would be thrilled if there was an Android sub-forum and Apple trolls were forced to stay out of Android threads, but there's not, there's only an Apple sub-forum. Is it too much to ask that Apple trolls stay there? What's the point of an "All things Apple" sub forum if you're just going to fill up GG&P with this crap?
Edit - Ok I just read the rest of Zen0's posts in this thread and cheezy isn't quite as close as I thought. Zen0 your schtick was funny at first but it's getting kind of old.
Please tell me that you two can see the difference between normal fanboys that aren't too annoying, and obvious trolls like Zen0? Cheezy is approaching that territory. Cheezy if you can't understand why you're starting to get lumped into the same group as Zen0 I suggest you re-read the post I just quoted.
