Make sure you plugged the second fan into your motherboard(the one on the bottom has a three pin connector).

What model do you have? The FM (fan monitor) or FC (fan control) model?

In both model, the fans are pluged onto the power supply circuit board for power and you don't need to worry about that. Both model have a 3-pins fan monitor connector.

On the FM model, there are black (ground) and white (fan monitor) wire on the two outside positions. This signal allows the computer to monitor the fan speed or failure of the 80 mm fan at the back, but provides no control of the fan.

On the FC, FA or FCA model, there are black (ground) and white (fan monitor) wire on the two outside positions, and a red wire in the middle position. The red wire signal allows the computer to turn on/off the 80 mm fan at the back. On the FA or FCA (whisper) model, the red wire also adjusts the fan speed according to the case temperature.

All these Enermax models need a motherboard which has a power fan connector as standard feature. Enermax model without these fan monitor functions are cheaper and may be a better match to your MB.
