EnerMax PSU's (EG365 P-VE) ...... (FM) , (FC) , (FMA) & (FCA) "The Difference" ??

Checked out NewEgg & they have 4 varieties of the 365 model .

Just want to know which one to get ? I'm building an Intel Pentium4 based system for a friend (1.5-1.7) with an MSI 850 Pro5 MB .
