Enermax PSU problems?

I have read about several problems about Enxermax PSU and the +5 rail dropping low with the Epox 8k7a and other PSUs (sparkle and antec) perform much better when you open them up and adjust the pots for the +5 rail. Enermax does not have pots.

Anyway is this just a problem with the 8k7a or all motherboards' +5V rail
